At Caversham Park Primary School, we believe that being active is an important part of children’s health, happiness and wellbeing. We want every child to develop a love of physical activity and the confidence and skills to enjoy being active both in and beyond school.

We use our PE & Sport Premium funding to enhance the quality and range of PE and sporting opportunities available to our pupils. This includes developing staff expertise, providing opportunities to take part in competitions and festivals, and ensuring that children experience a wide range of activities.

Our aim is for every child to be active, engaged and inspired to enjoy sport, develop teamwork and resilience, and understand the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle.
